One of the unique services Peggy provides for her Seller's is an assistant who is dedicated to coordinating showings and obtaining feedback and follow-up on all showings. Amber is in charge of notifying Peggy's clients promptly of a Realtor's request to show their home. She then notifies the showing Realtor of all applicable instructions. Upon her completion of a showing she follows up with the Realtors and requests their feedback and input. She then inputs all the comments into a computer report and emails it to Peggy and forwards the full report to you! This ensures that Peggy's clients are the best informed Sellers in the industry.
